Privacy Policy

Draft — pending healthcare attorney approval. This is not final legal language.

Scope and separate clinical care

This draft concerns the Esencia marketing website and consultation coordination. It does not describe the licensed provider’s clinical records or replace its privacy notices. The final policy must identify the responsible legal entity, privacy contact and applicable clinical provider.

Information submitted through the form

The form requests contact details, language, procedure interests, contact preferences and optional planning preferences. Keep free-text messages limited to your goals. Do not send diagnoses, medication lists, detailed medical history, identity documents or photographs. Clinical intake is handled separately.

Why information is used

The coordination team uses your request to respond and help arrange a consultation. Submitting a request does not create a physician–patient relationship, confirm an appointment or authorize a procedure. Text-message permission is optional and separate from submitting an inquiry.

Analytics and preferences

Optional analytics requires acceptance. Generic visit events exclude procedure identifiers, form answers and consultation details. Language and consent choices may be stored in your browser. Reopen Cookie preferences to change the analytics choice; rejecting previously accepted analytics reloads the page to stop the loaded tracking.

Access, retention and requests

The final policy must specify authorized recipients, service providers, retention periods, security responsibilities and a verified channel for access, correction, deletion or consent-withdrawal requests. These operational details are not yet approved; no retention period or deletion guarantee is asserted here.

External websites

Physician, review, video and lender links lead to services with their own policies. Opening those services or choosing to play an external video may allow that service to receive information about the visit. Review its policy before providing personal or financial details.
